The website is fully functional for taking online payments with visa/mastercard and is secured via PayPal.

 Camping in your booth space is permitted, as we are guests of Cornwell’s they only ask if anyone has a fire pit to dig up the grass and then replace it at the end of the weekend. As this is a family event: if you have a medical need for THC we ask that you bring your edibles and not smokeables. Tobacco use is permitted, but please be mindful of your neighbors and guests. Booth décor and apparel should be either period themed or fantasy themed as we are trying to create an ambiance. Set up will start 8 am Friday, May 9th , clean up by 4 pm Monday, May 12th. Please have vehicles/camping tents clear by 9 am Saturday and Sunday.
